Our accommodation booking system plugs straight into your web site and allows your customers to check availability dates, make bookings online and pay you directly. We set up this system because we know how large the booking fees with the large providers can be however they can provide a vital way of advertising your accommodation. Now you can have the best of both worlds by advertising your accommodation on booking.com, AirBnb and others whilst also making sure that people can book with the same ease and convenience directly through your own site.

We've priced our service very reasonably with the aim that if you only receive a few direct bookings each year, the system will pay for itself.

Does it work with my booking.com, AirBnb and other accounts?

Our system works with all of the large booking web sites, syncronising with the availability calendars that you already have set up. This means that if someone makes a booking on your site, it will automatically update your other profiles to ensure that you do not have any double bookings.

What if I don't use one of the large booking sites?

That's no problem at all. The system has its own built-in calendar system which will be available on your web site for customers to see when you have availability. Once a booking is made, those dates are blocked out to prevent a double booking.

Who handles the payments?

You can choose from a range of payment gateways but we usually recommend stripe.com - they are very good, provide excellent support and crucially, their fees are very low. There are no monthly costs, they just charge a small fee, around 20p + 1% per transaction. The money is then sent directly into your bank account. As with everything else though, we will help get all of this set up and then link it to your web site so that you can take payments directly.

Support

We provide full support with each of our web site and booking system packages. We will set everything up for you, provide a detailed manual on how to make changes yourself which is specific to your site - all of the screenshots and details are taken from your site. There is no generic manual which we give to everyone, you will receive a manual that is unique to your site.

We also provide e-mail and telephone support so if you do need anything, just get in touch and we are here to help.

Cost

Our full costs are available here and each package is fully inclusive of everything you need to get your site online. There are no hidden charges or extras. We've built our business by focussing on great relationships with our customers. We can afford to keep our prices down because when a customer starts working with us, they usually stay with us for many years.

We don't need to constantly chase new customers, we focus on the ones that we have.
