How it Works

Getting your new web site up-and-running could not be easier. Here we go through how we set things up for you and how you can update your site in the future.

The design

Once you're ready to go ahead, we will create a draft design of the web site for you. We will use your logo and colour scheme to create a design which we think you will like. We will then send this to you so that you can take a look.

If you like the design, we will get started on the actual build of your web site.

If you do not like it for any reason, we will either make changes to the design for you or come up with a completely new one. We will keep doing this until we find a design that is perfect for you.

The build

Once you have settled on the design, we will go ahead and start building the web site for you. If you already have content on an existing site, we will copy this all across for you or you can send us new text and images.

We build the site on our test server so that when it's ready, we can send you the link and you can check everything before we make the site live.

Once you are happy with everything, we will organise a time to remove your existing site and make the new site live. Lots of people prefer that we do this during a quiet period such as late at night or over the weekend. You let us know when is best for you and we will do it then.

After the site has launched

We take care of everything for you so instead of having one person looking after your hosting, one for your domain, one for your e-mails and one for your web site, we look after it all. There's no separate or hidden charges, we do everything at no extra cost.

We also take care of all of the technical bits for you. We backup your web site four times a day and we keep it up-to-date to ensure it cannot be hacked.

We also are here to do any updates for you so if you have new prices, just send them over to us and we will update the site for you. If you have new pictures that you would like to go on the site, e-mail them over and we will upload them for you.
